These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mwin8 ("mwin8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mwin8 platform, including all casino games, sportsbook services, promotions, and related features available at https://mwin8.win (the "Platform").
By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the mwin8 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the mwin8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the mwin8 Platform.
These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2026 and are effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the mwin8 Platform. mwin8 strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds and winnings forfeited, and the account permanently closed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the mwin8 Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. mwin8 provides services to Malaysian players and other jurisdictions where such services are permitted. mwin8 reserves the right to restrict or deny access to players in any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify mwin8 promptly of any changes to your registration information.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC). mwin8 is required to verify the identity of all players under its gaming licence obligations. You may be required to provide identity documentation, including a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, a selfie, and proof of payment method, before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
2.5 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) mwin8 account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual â whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods â constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with multi-accounting will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without compensation.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mwin8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mwin8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Account Activity. All transactions, bets, and activities made from your mwin8 account are deemed to have been made by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mwin8 support immediately.
3.3 Account Balance. The balance displayed in your mwin8 account represents your available funds for gameplay and withdrawal. mwin8 maintains separate accounting for real-money balances and bonus balances. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. mwin8 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as detailed in the applicable fee schedule published on the Platform.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your mwin8 account at any time by contacting customer support. mwin8 will process the closure after verifying your identity and ensuring all pending transactions are completed. Any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mwin8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Available payment methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are detailed on the Platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet or FPX are credited to your mwin8 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. mwin8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform â generally under 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1â3 hours for bank transfers during standard business hours. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or scheduled maintenance windows.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to KYC identity verification and compliance checks. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the same transaction cycle. mwin8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, and game stakes at mwin8 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mwin8 does not operate multi-currency accounts.
â ī¸ Important: mwin8 will never request deposits via unofficial channels, personal bank accounts, or third-party individuals. Only deposit through the official payment methods available on the mwin8 Platform.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. mwin8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligibility conditions, game contribution rates, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published with each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your mwin8 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance or related winnings. Different games contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements â slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are offered at mwin8's sole discretion. mwin8 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at any time, with or without reason. Players who have previously self-excluded or had accounts restricted on responsible gaming grounds are not eligible to receive bonuses.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other method deemed abusive by mwin8 in its sole discretion will result in: immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings; suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts; and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the mwin8 Platform use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published within the game information panels. mwin8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. mwin8 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game round, mwin8's system records shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes. If a game round is interrupted before a result is determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. mwin8 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's side.
6.4 Void Bets. mwin8 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed in error (including typographical or pricing errors), placed in violation of these Terms, or placed on an event subsequently cancelled. Voided bets are returned as a stake refund.
6.5 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting at mwin8 is subject to additional sportsbook-specific terms, including rules governing in-play betting, Asian Handicap settlement, accumulator/parlay resolution, and match postponement or cancellation. These rules are published in the mwin8 Sportsbook section of the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mwin8 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the mwin8 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to mwin8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of mwin8's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
9.1 Commitment. mwin8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The mwin8 Platform is for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
9.2 Player Tools. mwin8 provides the following voluntary responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings:

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, mwin8 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to register new accounts.
9.5 External Support. If gambling is negatively affecting your life, we encourage you to seek support from qualified responsible gaming support organisations. mwin8 supports awareness of responsible gaming resources available to Malaysian players.

10.1 mwin8 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mwin8 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 mwin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service â whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise â even if mwin8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.3 mwin8's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by mwin8's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 mwin8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of mwin8 services.
11.3 mwin8 complies with applicable data protection law and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
12.1 mwin8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mwin8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification before the changes take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to mwin8's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming authority licence.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and mwin8 regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact mwin8 customer support to attempt informal resolution. mwin8 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process available under the mwin8 gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available by contacting mwin8 support.
13.4 In all matters relating to the outcome of games and the application of betting rules, the decision of mwin8 â supported by its system logs and game records â shall be final and binding, subject to review through the formal dispute resolution process described above.
